Andrew Paul Haley was killed by hit and run driver he was the life and soul of my uncle Pauls life.
Some coward took his life and was never brought to justice, he was always there for everybody, he was a good student at school he was always willing to help anybody out. He meant the world to our family and always will.

cant believe its been 10yrs ago today since you was taken away. not a day goes by that i dont think about you, you was my best friend even tho it wasnt for long. I can stillremember all the fun we shared together, R.I.P andy god bless, and will see you again one day. all my love laura xxx
